A slight discolouration in the wax over time might occur. This in no way affects the way the candle burns.

Care: Avoid drafts, vents or air currents. This will help prevent rapid or uneven burning, sooting, and excessive dripping. Burn for 2-3 hours each time you light the candle. This will help the candle burn evenly, and remember to trim wicks before each burn.
Remove any wick debris that may have fallen onto the candle surface.
Whilst your Candle is burning, ‘mushrooming’ at the end of the wick is normal. Wick ‘mushrooming’ must be removed by wick trimming prior to every burn and periodically during the burn if it becomes excessive. This ensures the cleanest burn possible.
Never leave a candle burning unattended and always ensure the candle is placed on a heat resistance surface.
