Cup a Day – Uplift

The perfect sister tea to our signature blend, Unwind. Uplift is a combination of white tea and green tea, creating a perfect light balance of flavours. This blend is low in caffeine and features a delicate palette of fresh herbs blended with a mixture of both sweet and sour fruits. White tea has a reputation as one of the most delicate flavour profiles due to its minimal processing and low oxidation. This results in a blend rich in antioxidants, and has been linked to a variety of health benefits.  
Add one teaspoon of tea to an infuser and brew in 80-degree water for approximately 4-7 minutes. This drink is suitable for any time of day, but would wonderfully complement sweet flavours and desserts. Breakfast dessert anyone?
