Returns & exchanges 
We get it.  It can be hard sometimes to picture how things will look in your home.  At Cohen-luxe , we want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. that’s why we offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase and exchanges within 14 days of your purchase.    A proof of purchase must be able to provided for any refunds.
Unfortunately non stocked items or custom ordered pieces can not be refunded once they have been ordered with our supplier partners. This includes furniture.  Mirrors.  Framed artwork, lighting rugs and custom made cushions.
 
Items purchased during our sale period can not be returned or exchanged.  Sale items are clearly marked on the product page and/or at the checkout from our dedicated sale area in store.
 
Change of mind.
Please email us at hello@cohen-luxe.com to notify our team that you wish to return or exchange an item.  We will need to the original item(s) back to us in their original condition that it was delivered to you – unopened, unused and in the original packaging.  Postage will need to be prepaid by the customer.   We recommend that you ship via registered post as you assume the risk of lost, stolen or damage during transit.
 
Cohen-luxe will not be responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged if you choose not to insure the returning items.
 
Incorrect item / damaged on arrival 
Sometimes these things happen so let’s work quickly to get it resolved
Please take photos of both the product and the box including the label and send within 24 hours of receipt to

We will work swiftly to get a replacement item sent out or of that product is no longer available, offer you an alternate solution
Unfortunately without proof of damages, we are unable to send a replacement item.
 
Faulty products
If you believe an item is faulty , please email us at hello@cohen-luxe.com with a detailed description & any photos you are able to provide.
 
Jewellery & Hair accessories 
Unfortunately due to the nature of these products – we can not offer a refund or exchange on earrings, pierced jewellery, face masks or hair accessories unless the item is deemed faulty   Any item deemed faulty then falls under our 14 day exchange policy and is subject to a replacement item only – providing proof of purchase can be provided.
